Terms of Use
Welcome to 11 Westcliff Rentals. By accessing our website or booking accommodation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to decline service or bookings at our discretion. Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. By booking with us, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you agree to comply with these terms and house rules during your stay.
2. BOOKINGS AND CANCELATIONS
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Guests are encouraged to book in advance to secure their preferred dates.
Additional Booking Conditions:

No children under the age of 16 are permitted.

Cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to arrival to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made on the day of arrival, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

A breakage deposit may be required upon check-in or at the time of reservation, depending on the circumstances. This deposit is refundable within 24 hours after check-out, subject to inspection.
3. PAYMENTS
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation. Accepted payment methods include EFT, credit card, or other electronic options as specified. All rates are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will not be affected.
4. ARRIVAL & CHECK-OUT
Check-In

Check-in time: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged with management.

A R100 surcharge applies for arrivals between 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM.

Arrivals after 9:30 PM will incur a R200 surcharge, regardless of prior arrangements, as staff will be on standby.
Check-Out

Check-out time is strictly 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with management.

Housekeeping will enter the room after 10:00 AM to prepare for incoming guests.
5. GUEST CONDUCT AND SAFETY
We strive to maintain a safe, peaceful environment for all guests. Disturbances, property damage, or disregard for house rules may result in termination of stay without refund. Guests are responsible for their personal safety and belongings during their visit.
6. HOUSE RULES AND ASSISTANCE

The main house is open from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

Security alarms and beams are activated after closing; guests must adhere to these times.

Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, neighbours, and the property at all times.

No parties are permitted on the premises, and outside guests may not take over the pool or house area.

One parking space is available per apartment (11 in total). If guests bring more than one vehicle and the property is full, additional vehicles must be parked off the premises at the owner's own risk.

If you require assistance and cannot locate a staff member, please ring the large staff bell outside the office.

Information about restaurants, transport, and local activities is provided in your room’s information book.
7. FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
All facilities and amenities are provided for guest comfort and enjoyment. Please use them responsibly. Certain facilities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
8. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your information to third parties except as necessary to process your booking or comply with legal obligations.
9. LIABILITY
11 Westcliff Rentals is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during your stay, unless caused by proven negligence on our part. Guests use all facilities and amenities at their own risk.

These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
