Celebrate your special day at 11 Westcliff Rentals, where coastal charm meets understated elegance. Overlooking the breathtaking beauty of Walker Bay, the property provides a serene and romantic backdrop for intimate weddings.

The property accommodates a maximum of 45 guests, with overnight accommodation for up to 24 guests in the on-site apartments.

With bespoke setup options, you can tailor your event to match your personal vision and style, ensuring a truly memorable occasion.

WEDDING REQUIREMENTS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PROPERTY BOOKIJNG

  • For weddings, the entire property and all on-site apartments must be booked.

  • A venue hire fee, room rates, and a refundable breakage fee apply.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.

  • The remaining balance is due three months before arrival.

  • Cancellations made within three months of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
     

CATERING

  • No food may be prepared on-site.

  • All catering must be provided by an external company.

  • Only warming or plating of food is permitted on the premises.
     

EQUIPMENT & DECOR

  • Guests are responsible for arranging the hire of all items, including:
    tables, chairs, décor, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and equipment.

  • All hired items must be collected by 12:00 PM the following day.

  • 11 Westcliff Rentals cannot be held liable for any hired items and will not inventory, supervise, or store them.

  • Staff may not be asked to assist with décor, equipment, setup, or inventory.
     

PARKING

  • One parking space is available per apartment (11 total).

  • Additional vehicles must be parked off-site at guests’ own risk.
     

SETUP & COORDINATION

  • Guests are responsible for arranging all event setup and staffing.

  • A professional wedding planner or coordinator is strongly recommended.
     

VENUE TIMING

  • Setup may begin from 10:00 AM on the event day, once departing guests have checked out.

  • Unless booked for the following day, guest check-out is at 11:00 AM.
